MAES Presented with Outreach Award for 2nd Straight Year
The UTSA student chapter of The Society of Mexican American Engineers and Scientists (MAES) received the Outreach Award at the MAES National Symposium held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Outreach Award is given to chapters that demonstrate outstanding community service. “This is the 2nd year in a row that we won this award,” says Peter Reyes, MAES Vice-National Student Representative for Operations, “and we were the first to repeat this achievement.”
